  • Before our Zoom session, Macarena recommends setting up a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully relax. You’re welcome to drop in a few minutes early to meditate, focus on your breath, and reconnect with your body.

    If you're planning to use headphones, have them ready. Come with an open mind and heart.

    To enhance your session, Macarena has personally crafted a Spotify playlist with healing sounds that you can play in the background for some calming music, if you’d like.

    For the best results, please avoid alcohol or any substances 24 hours before the session. Also, it’s best not to come with a full stomach.

  • In this session, we will meet over Zoom at the scheduled time. Find a quiet and cozy spot to settle, relax and open yourself to receive. The session will begin with a brief conversation about what you are currently experiencing and feeling. Afterward, you will be guided to lie down, and the energy work will commence.
