"Over a week ago, I had a session with Macarena. At that time, I was restless, unable to control my racing thoughts, and life felt hectic, messy, and overwhelming. I was desperate to find some answers—or at least some peace. The session was held over Zoom, and my camera wasn’t working (which I now believe must have been for a reason). Despite not being able to see or hear me properly, Macarena guided me into a deep state of relaxation and tuned in so precisely to where my mind was at. "The session itself was very relaxing. 10-15 minutes in, I felt thoughts were coming into my head, different thoughts about what I have been missing in my life. But half way through I felt into quite a nice and deep sleep. I was not particularly tired or sleep deprived, but I felt the urge of sleeping, maybe I needed it at a deep subconscious level.
