Beginners Guide to Energy Healing
In this guide, I’ll share the true meaning of energy healing, and what it’s not..
Throughout this post, I will refer to Divine Love Energy Healing, as it is, in my view, the most powerful healing modality. For this reason, it surpasses other modalities that may be slower or less efficient in facilitating transformation.
What is Divine Love Quantum Healing and What Does It Mean?
Divine Love Quantum Healing involves transmuting lower vibrational energies in our energy field and physical body into higher vibrational frequencies through the power of unconditional love. This frequency and its healing codes are available to every soul that embodies unconditional love—the highest vibrational frequency that exists, and our true essence.
This powerful frequency and energy can only flow, and therefore be channeled through a pure clear vessel, a healer, who has done the inner work, reaching a state of embodiment of their whole self, allowing them to transmit this pure love energy to others.
Not because someone speaks about unconditional love means they are able to access and channel these frequencies; talking about it or writing about it doesn’t mean being able to channel it for true and lasting healing and remembrance.
Is All Quantum Healing or Energy Healing the Same?
No, not all energy healing is the same. The effectiveness of energy healing depends on the quality of the energy being channeled and the purity of the vessel, the healer. The purest energies, like unconditional love and high-vibration light frequencies, can only flow through a clear energy vessel. Energy healers must do their own inner work to clear ALL blockages, pain, distortion, trauma… within themselves. If the healer's vessel is not pure or clear enough, it obstructs the flow of pure light energy. This is why quantum healing and other forms of energy healing vary in their effectiveness depending on the healer.
You can recognize a pure vessel and beautiful soul attuned to true unconditional love, by how you feel about yourself when you come into contact with them or anything they create. When the frequency of unconditional love is present, you feel more aligned with your highest self, uplifted, calm, hopeful and at peace. That’s the true essence of unconditional love—it makes you feel loved, accepted, and whole.
Why do lower vibrational energies exist in our energy field, physical body, and energetic body?
These energies stem from every fear we hold—whether we are consciously aware of it or not—every unresolved pain from past experiences and past lives, imbalances in the physical body, distortions of all kinds that arise from existing within an artificial grid created for control and manipulation (the matrix), feelings of lack, and emotions such as envy, greed, and resentment… and so much more. All of these are lower vibrational energies that keep us from remembering and accessing our true essence, creating energetic imprints within our energy field, our physical body, and beyond.
What Happens When We Transmute Lower Vibrational Energies into Higher Vibrational Energies Using The Frequency Of Unconditional Love ?
As fears dissolve—whether we are aware of them or not, whether they originate from this lifetime, past lives on Earth, or even Galactic lives, and whether they are our own or inherited—pain is transmuted into understanding, forgiveness, and personal growth. We begin to reconnect with our soul’s path and life mission, deepening our connection with our hearts and allowing us to live in alignment with our true self.
As we heal and repeatedly expose our being to these highest frequencies of unconditional love and true essence frequency, everything in our lives that has kept us in a lower vibrational state dissolves, making space for higher vibrational energies, souls, and experiences to enter and remain in our lives.
This allows us to remember our true nature, not as a concept alone, but as a living experience—a flow from within, Heaven on Earth in our hearts that expands and illuminates everything it touches.

Divine Love Quantum Healing is a process of pure energy alchemy that liberates us from pain, sorrow, lack of self-love, unhappiness, and anything else that prevents us from experiencing true freedom, joy, and abundance—both in this life and at a soul level.

Do You Need to Study Something to Become an Energy Healer?
Energy healing isn’t something you can learn in the same way I learned dentistry. It’s a process of remembering and reconnecting with your true essence throughout your healing journey.
While you can certainly take courses in Quantum Healing or Reiki, these will teach you general methods of practice. However, they won’t unlock the pure magic within you, which unfolds ONLY after healing the deeper layers of your being. It's up to you whether you want to follow a conventional path or connect with your unique, signature essence.
At a soul level, we are all energy healers. The key to unlocking this gift—and many more—your own medicine that cannot be learned, only unlocked; your pure essence, unique magic, and set of source codes—lies in healing ourselves completely until we embody unconditional love, not in words, but in essence—the one that cannot be described, only felt.
Can Healers Help You If They Haven't Fully Healed Themselves?
While some healers may still be able to help you, even if they haven't fully completed their own healing journey, it's important to understand that we can only guide others as deeply as we’ve healed ourselves.
If a healer has not fully embodied their own healing, you might notice that, despite many healing sessions with them or other practitioners, you still feel disconnected from peace, self-love, compassion, soul purpose, soul-aligned abundance, joy, long-lasting happiness, and the beautiful, lasting feeling of unconditional love emanating from your heart—HOME.
True and lasting transformation comes from a healer who has done the necessary inner work to embody their true essence. Only when a healer has reached this level of embodiment can they help you unlock the full potential of your own healing journey, leading to deep alignment and lasting change.
